Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (4) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert B. Walker, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of The Loaded Hog Brewing Company Limited on the 16th day November of 2006 at 11.56 a.m., being the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
14th day of December 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
