Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 30th day of November 2005 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Birdgrove Land Co Limited be placed in liquidation and that Glenn Allen Brown, accountant of Wanganui, be appointed liquidator.
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
