Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of November 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dorie Herd Limited be liquidated and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of November 2006.
