Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 19th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Zealand Picture Library Limited be liquidated and that Michael George Thomson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of November 2006 at 8.35 a.m.
