Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FMP Services Limited be liquidated and that Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nobilo & Co Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of November 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
