Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BCHP Investments Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 13th day of November 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of November 2006 at 10.11 a.m.
