Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Wellington and Christchurch respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Central Insurance Brokers Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 16th day of November 2006 at 10.15 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Central Insurance Brokers Limited, we fix the 19th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
