Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 7th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the companies be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Auckland Plan Services Limited (in liquidation) and Don Nelson
& Associates Limited (in liquidation) fix the 7th day of March 2006 as the day on or before which the creditors
of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
