Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stewart P. Perkins and Graham S. Dick, chartered accountants of Invercargill, were appointed liquidators of The Fridge Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 13th day of November 2006 at 9.30 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
