Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 8th day of November 2006 at 4.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix the 15th day of December 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
