Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 2nd day of February 2006 at 11.00 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Grant Robert Graham liquidator
in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidator forthwith.
