Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 13th day of November 2006, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
I, Neville Petrie Fagerlund, of 567 Wairakei Road, Christchurch, do fix the 16th day of December 2006, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
