Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of October 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
A.J. Burr (Holdings) Limited be liquidated and that Graham Neil Sinclair, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of October 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
