Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of November 2006 at 12.00 midday, it
was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Taranaki Document Solutions Limited be liquidated and that Philip Craig Macey, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of November 2006.
