Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tonda Developments (N.Z.) Limited be liquidated and that Vincent Tam, of Prince & Partners, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator on the 8th day of November 2006 for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of November 2006.
