The Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of November 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and Amanda-Jane Atkins and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of November 2006 at 12.00 midday.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 14th day of December 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
