Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Awatane Holdings Limited be liquidated and that R. C. Kuegler, chartered accountant of Takanini, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of September 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
