Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Leyhatton Innovations Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 30th day of October 2006 at 1.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that as liquidators of Leyhatton Innovations Limited, we fix the 31st day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
