Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Take notice that Stanton & Reid Publications Limited
(in liquidation) was put into liquidation on the 11th day of June 2005.
On the 25th day of October 2006 at 4.20 p.m., the liquidator, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, resigned and appointed Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass as replacement liquidators jointly and severally.
