Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin G. Greer, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Volumex Investments No. Eight Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of October 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
21st day of November 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
