Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of October 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Famous Brands Factory Outlet Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 30th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
