Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Adrian Walker, chartered accountant, and Susan Guest, accountant, both of Walker & Co Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Bond Street Holdings Limited ("the company").
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of October 2006 at 12.31 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
