Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 18th day of October 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Stationery Direct Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
