Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Coffey Davidson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Birtley Developments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of October 2006 at 8.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
Friday, the 3rd day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
