Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of October
2006 at 1.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ti Rakau Investments Limited
be liquidated and that Brent John Whatnall, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
