Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Prestige RV’S (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 2nd day of October 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of October 2006 at 2.50 p.m.
