Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Market Street Investments Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 11th day of October 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of October 2006 at 8.50 a.m.
Creditors may make inquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level One, 148 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 13-401), Christchurch.
