Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Mstyle Equities Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 28th day of September 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of September 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
Creditors may make inquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level Three, Burns House, 10 George Street (P.O Box 1058), Dunedin.
