Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Monday, the 30th day of October 2006 at 9.00 a.m., at the offices of Richards Woodhouse, 105 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
Purpose of Meeting
1. Consider the liquidator’s statement of affairs.
2. Confirm or otherwise the appointment of Francesco Pessione as liquidator.
3. Consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. Other.
Note – Proxies
If you trade as a company or partnership, to attend and vote you will need to be appointed as the company or partnership proxy.
Proxies will need to be in the hands of the liquidator by Tuesday, the 24th day of October 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator has fixed the 16th day of November 2006, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that date and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
