Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 283 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283 (1) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the 10th day of October 2006 at 5.00 p.m., Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company in the place of Bryan Edward Williams.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company
are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
