Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 10th day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholder pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Ellis Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of October 2006.
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 13th day of November 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
