Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SAP Investments Limited be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of October 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
