Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that Port View Chartered Club Incorporated be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
On the 2nd day of October 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that the resolution passed on the 2nd day of September 2006, be confirmed.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of October 2006.
