Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of October 2006 at 2.57 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cargo Inspection Services Limited be liquidated and that Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes the 27th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
