Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Spencer Smith, chartered accountant of Wellington,
was appointed liquidator of New Zealand Physiotherapy Accreditation Scheme Incorporated by special resolution
of the members on the 6th day of October 2006 at 5.10 p.m.
Prior to my appointment, the council of the society resolved that the society would, upon the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that I fix the 24th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
