Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 29th day of September 2006 at 4.00 p.m., when the members, subject
to special resolutions as provided by section 106 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), appointed Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants, of Auckland, joint liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Act.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 6th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Should any creditor claim a security interest over any of
the assets of the above-named company, please contact the liquidators immediately with the details.
