The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be put into liquidation and that Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 2nd day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 3rd day of November 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
