Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of September 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Abil Property Ventnor Limited be liquidated and that Paul Ferguson Macnicol, chartered accountant of Warkworth, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of September 2006.
