Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Country Classic Furniture Company Limited was put into liquidation on the 26th day of September 2006 at 11.00 a.m., by the appointment of Terence Hillson, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company pursuant to a special resolution passed in terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 24th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
