Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that No Commission Property Sales Rotorua Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Palairet Pearson, Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of September 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
