Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 20th day of January 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that MLSI Limited and MLSI Marketing Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine and Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of January 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
The liquidators fix the 1st day of March 2006, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
