Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January 2006 at 1.30 p.m., a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation and Daran Nair, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Elite Asphalt Roofing Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 2nd day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit or any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
