Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bryan George Pocock, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above named company on the 6th day of September 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of September 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st
day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
