Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tarbela Farm Limited be liquidated and that David Raymond Hastie, chartered accountant, of Hastie Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of September 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have filed a resolution of solvency and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting will be held.
