Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Tiger Sports Trust:
Notice is hereby given that the trust was placed into liquidation on the 14th day of September 2006 at 10.15 a.m., with the appointment of Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidators.
The liquidators fix the 30th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
