Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 14th day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lake Road Properties Limited
be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of September 2006 at 12.00 midday.
