Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Cladrite Developments Limited (in liquidation) on the 11th day of September 2006 at 4.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 9th day of October 2006, as
the day on or before which the creditors of Cladrite Developments Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
