Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 16th day of December 2005 at 11.00 a.m., appointed David Stephen Griffiths, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 14th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before they have lodged their claim or be excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
