Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by a shareholders’ special resolution on the 12th day of September 2006 at 4.33 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Kenneth David Trehearne, liquidator, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidator fixes the 20th day of October 2006, as the final day by which creditors of the company are to make claims against the company and to establish any priority of such claims under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 or otherwise.
