Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of August 2006 at 4.30 p.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
